We want you to love our mushrooms. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.
Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
