Where do your mushrooms come from?
Our shiitake and wood ear mushrooms are single-origin from family farms in Yunnan Province, China, harvested at 2,000m elevation.
How do I rehydrate dried mushrooms?
Place mushrooms in a bowl, cover with warm water, and soak for 15–20 minutes (shiitake) or 10–15 minutes (wood ear). Save the soaking liquid — it is packed with umami flavor for soups and broths.
What is the difference between shiitake and wood ear?
Shiitake: meaty, rich, deep umami — perfect for soups, braises, and stir-fries. Wood ear: delicate, crunchy, mild — great for adding texture to soups, salads, and hot pot.
Do you use preservatives or sulfites?
Never. Our mushrooms are naturally sun-dried with zero sulfites, zero preservatives, and zero additives.
Are your mushrooms organic?
Our mushrooms are grown using traditional methods without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. We are pursuing organic certification, but it is a multi-year process. In the meantime, every batch is lab-tested for purity.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the continental US. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
How much is shipping?
$5.99 flat rate. Free shipping on orders $45 and above.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How should I store dried mushrooms?
Keep them in a cool, dry place in their resealable bag. For long-term storage, you can keep them in an airtight container in the pantry. Refrigeration is not necessary but can extend shelf life.
How long do dried mushrooms last?
Properly stored, our dried mushrooms stay fresh for up to 12 months. The resealable bag helps maintain freshness after opening.
